For Students

I provide individualized support to help neurodiverse students transition to life after high school with more confidence and readiness. Whether you're heading to college, a training program, or another postsecondary path, I can help you build the skills and self-awareness needed to navigate your next steps with less anxiety and a greater sense of capability. You may just need one or two focused meetings to get on track—or you may benefit from ongoing support and regular check-ins. I'm here to meet your needs, wherever you are in the process.

College Dorm

Executive Function Support

Struggling to keep track of deadlines, assignments, and priorities? I’ll help you learn organization, time management, and planning strategies that make college life easier and less stressful—so you can stay on top of your work without feeling overwhelmed.

Anxiety Management

College can feel stressful—but you don’t have to face it alone. I’ll share simple, proven techniques to help you handle pressure, calm your mind, and feel more in control, no matter what’s on your plate.

ADHD Tips and Strategies

ADHD comes with challenges—but also strengths. Together, we’ll figure out tools and routines that help you focus, manage your time, and get things done in a way that works with your brain, not against it.

Medication Management

Taking medication at college can be a big change. I’ll help you set up routines, remember your doses, and stay on track with refills—so your health stays a priority while you focus on your studies and social life.

Self Advocacy

College comes with new challenges—and new opportunities to stand up for what you need. I’ll help you build the skills and confidence to talk with professors, connect with the Disability Resource Office, and ask for the accommodations and support that work best for you. Together, we’ll practice real-life situations so you feel ready to handle them on your own.

Self-Determination

Being self-determined starts with knowing yourself—your strengths, needs, and values—and understanding the environment you’re in. It’s about valuing who you are, setting meaningful goals, and creating a plan to reach them. I’ll help you take action with confidence, adapt when challenges come up, and learn from every outcome.
