Here at Next Chapter Project our goal is to help neurodiverse students ease the transition from high school to postsecondary education. We believe this experience is a special milestone that should not be burdened by fear of the unknown. We understand that each student is unique and that by offering the right supports and resources, the shift to the next chapter can be one of wonder and success.
